Padlet + Zapier integration
If you’ve ever copied something from one app and pasted it into another, you’ve already done the job Zapier can do for you. The difference is Zapier doesn’t forget, get distracted, or make typos.
Padlet now has a Zapier integration powered by the Padlet API, released in August 2023. Posts created, edited, or deleted can trigger workflows, and activity in other apps can create and update new boards and posts.
How it works
Zapier connects your favorite apps so you can automate tasks without coding. With our new integration, you can set up Zaps between Padlet and 8,000+ apps.
Triggers include:
- New post
- Edited post
- Deleted post
- Board change
Actions include:
- Create, update, upsert, or delete a post
- Create, update, or delete a section
- Create a board
This means you can instantly connect Padlet to tools like Google Sheets, Slack, or Gmail without waiting for custom integrations.
Examples you can try
Curate your reading with RSS feeds
Keep up with blogs, news, or niche publications by piping RSS feeds directly into Padlet. Each new article becomes a post ready to organize, color-code, or mark as read.
Team wins that don’t disappear
Responses from your team’s monthly form might vanish into a spreadsheet. With Zapier, choose which rows make it to Padlet, creating a celebration board that actually gets seen.
Monitor what gets deleted
Sometimes posts get removed by mistake or on purpose. Zapier can log deletions in a Google Sheet and email an admin right away, so nothing important disappears without a trace.
Try it now
- Go to Account Settings > Integrations and generate a Zapier API key.
- Go to Zapier and start a new zap.
- Search for Padlet and use the API key to add your account.
The Zapier integration is available now on web.
What’s next
We built this integration to give you flexibility. Now we want to see what you come up with.
Show us the Zaps you’ve built with Padlet, whether they're clever, practical, or just plain weird. The best ideas always come from real people solving real problems, and your workflows might inspire what we build next.
